"How do you eat an elephant?"

Are you wondering if you should jump into the V7N Web Development Forums?

If you are an online marketer, have an online business or use the web to share your viewpoints and opinions then I’d have to answer that question with a resounding, “Yes”.

It all comes down to the people. It’s a wonderful community of funny, knowledgeable people who hang out and keep each other from going crazy from constantly looking at their code, marketing strategies or some new google plan to make their lives that much more challenging.

I have to say, I started out as a stalker. I get nervous putting things into writing. I watched, laughed, learned and finally jumped in. Turned out to be really fun and rewarding.

I found out about V7N from Cricket. I met her right after I started my online business. An online friend who had a diaper business told me I needed to learn something called SEO and gave me information on a free online/email class that Cricket was teaching.

It didn’t take me long to learn about how massive a project SEO is. I remember asking Cricket if she’d “do it for me”. I really have to laugh when I think about it now. She took my hand, walked me back from the edge of a cliff and taught me this phrase:

“How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.”

So, I’ve been chewing ever since.

Sometimes, it gets lonely chewing on elephant all day long so I was happy when I heard about V7N – it’s made the process that much more flavorful.

It’s been a blessing having friends watch your back with the latest trends in SEO, web marketing and design but it’s also been wonderful having a group of people to kick back with, share a cup of coffee and shoot the breeze when you just can’t revise another meta tag or write another blog post to save your life.

The V7N forum has also provided me a great opportunity to help newbies step back from the edge and be productive as they build their businesses as well.

It’s been a few years since I started my business and we’ve done well. I like to think in no small part to the support I receive here.

Thanks guys!

it’s all good when after some time you see, elephant in the ending of finish, but you know, SEO is changing daily and coming out new things daily, so the thing isssss….. there are many elephants for you and all others to taste and digest 🙂

don’t worry new ones are easy to eat 🙂

At the rate SEO is changing, I don’t think there will be enough elephants to go round and then they will be extinct. After that happens, everything we do will be irrelephant
