How Often Do You Tweet?

How Often Do You Tweet

Twitter is celebrating their 6th birthday and I still can’t figure the whole thing out.

Being that I am someone who never seems to be at a loss for words, I am shocked at how difficult I find it to use Twitter as an effective means of communication.

On the other hand, those of you who know me know that it would be tough for me to say anything in 140 characters or less, so maybe that is the issue. 🙂

How often do you tweet?

Have you found it to be effective as a social media tool?

Or, do you feel as if you are talking to a wall?

Tweet quite often. Depends on who you follow and who your followers are as to how badly you feel you are talking to yourself.

Acknowledging retweets with a thank you seems to get people conversing.

I’m not a fan of Twitter, ever. Up to know I find it hard to use twitter, or let’s say I really don’t feel using Twitter. 😀 I often heard Twitter is being used by so many people, for personal, corporate exchange of information.

We post whenever something new has happened on our blog/forum or just random times. Twitter is not something we spend a lot of time on TBH.

  4. I don’t Tweet. It just seems to me like even more ‘white noise’ in an already cluttered world.

I don’t use Twitter nearly as much as I think I should. When used to engage, I think it has real value. Facebook does too, I suppose… I’ve just never been a big FB fan. I’ve seen good results from Twitter, though, in my sporadic Tweeting campaigns.

Before few weeks I used to tweet only one or two in a day but from last few weeks I am active on twitter and doing 20-30 tweets on daily basis. Some where I read excessive tweeting is also bad for your twitter profile. Is it right. Kindly tell what is limit or maximum no. of tweets we can do in a day without any adverse effect on our reputation.

I’ve used Twitter in the past and it is still good for publishing commentary and sharing information. But, it can end up being quite a waste of time and resources for very little (if any) reward. Part of the problem for me is that it’s a free platform – anyone can do it, which means too many people are, with very little quality.

I am using twitter in the past five years. I want to share some unique information about that Twitter is an online social networking service and Micro blogging service that enables its users to send and read text-based posts of up to 140 characters, known as “tweets” and others ways we can say Twitter is an information network. Millions of people, organizations, and businesses use it to discover and share new information and reply on them.

I think how often you tweet does actually depend on whether you have many friends that tweet often. If your friends are actively tweeting, it would be much easier to participate in conversations, otherwise you would just use twitter as another news feed.

We use Twitter pretty often and find that it is helpful running a real estate business. However, we have a slight preference to Facebook over Twitter and find that there is more conversation between our clients and fans on Facebook. We still find Twitter to be a great social media website and digital marketing tool!

We tweet as often as we can. As a start-up business in a very saturated market we are trying to attract customers to visit our website, so far very very basic SEO has brought us 1/8th of our current traffic, Twitter brings 6/8ths & Facebook brings the other 1/8th. Half of our sales have been referred via Twitter. Hannah.
