Yahoo introduces a “Digg-style” service called Suggestion Board. Of course, Diggers are so incensed, they may just have to skip class today, convieniently forgetting that Digg wasn’t the first site to implement user voting.

“…you can browse suggestions from other site visitors or post your own. Digg-style voting means we can quickly discover what’s most important to users. In addition to reading feedback from other users, you’ll find responses from Yahoo! employees about the issues“

Will the Yahoo service get take up? Jason Calocanis has struggled at AOL, but maybe Yahoo users are more accustomed to participation.
