Make Money Posting Videos

The “next big thing” is internet television. It’s already here and the money will follow. The first step towards a workable business model came when Revver shared revenue with video producers.

Now Google is doing the same:

Google has begun sharing advertising revenue with the makers of a popular video clip in a groundbreaking deal that could drive up the costs of competing in the fledgling video-sharing sector. The search company has agreed to turn over most advertising revenue generated by the latest video from Fritz Grobe and Stephen Voltz, creators of “The Diet Coke & Mentos Experiment,” according to Peter Chane, a senior product manager for Google Video“.

Meanwhile, here’s a very interesting story containing intimate details behind the purchase of YouTube. No idea if it is true or not, but given the circumstances, it sounds highly plausible.

Did the deal shaft musicians? Wouldn’t be the first time…

The content seems to be dropping out fast.

well as most know the story has a few sides but, if you read and know of papers and media not in the usa you know youtube is in deeeeep doo. The copyrights they do not respect have been hitting in all sides and the you tube staff does half the posting on the popular stolen videos by name changes. sad eh.
zolaenterprises.com did a story on things of that a bit back like months ago too.
