“How can you squander even one more day not taking advantage of the greatest shifts of our generation? How dare you settle for less when the world has made it so easy for you to be remarkable?” Seth Godin

Google Related Links

Google have released a Related Links unit, similar to Adsense units, but without the payoff.

Looks like this:

What does it do?

Google Related Links use the power of Google to automatically bring fresh, dynamic and interesting content links to any website. Webmasters can place these units on their site to provide visitors with links to useful information related to the site’s content, including relevant videos, news, searches, and pages

It may marginally increase the usefulness of some sites, but it will also ensure that exit traffic isn’t effectively monetarised. While the benefit to Google is pretty clear, I can’t see much benefit at all for the webmaster.

Am I’m missing something?
