USA Today Interviews Danny Sullivan
It’s strange when you hear about our SEM community from an outside reporter who seems new to it all. USA Today did a piece on Danny Sullivan, an introduction to this new-fangled SEO business:
“Sullivan calls this fame within a small group of people. “Here in England, where people ask what I do, and I tell them about search marketing, they respond with a blank stare. That says it all.”
Heh heh. Don’t we all get that, eh.
How do you explain what you do to people? I usually say “I’m a search marketer”. Puzzled look. I quickly correct “Actually, I’m a garbage collector”. They understand that
