Hi Peter,

Thanks for your post! Our intention is to offer the Enquisite Search Metrics tool for free in perpetuity. We have plans to offer ancillary products (paid) in future. But the core reporting will remain free. The additions I've blogged about on the site will all be free. We'll be publishing our development plans in the next few weeks - all based on user feedback / requests.

d - We're actively working on the PPC upgrade. We've got an aggressive upgrade schedule. One thing of note - once we offer it, we'll reprocess your reports to historically sort out the data. So starting now is an advantage to you.

Peter - you mentioned that you have not yet found your Nirvana. We're collecting feedback, suggestions and comments from our Search Metrics Reports users. Our goal is to have future development driven by user requests.

Thanks,

Richard

Thanks for the tip, d.

I'm always keen on looking at stats packakes. Not sure I've found my nirvana yet. Statcounter works well for you? Do you know how well it works with multiple domains?

Peter,

a good referral. I'm a Statcounter user. Its month end and I'm beginning the slog of going through the raw spreadsheet data. I'd be more interested when the next release allows a topline breakdown between organic and pay per click traffic.
