Yahoo Drops Directory Completely
I didn’t notice this at first either, but Yahoo! have dropped the directory from their new home page. Instead, they have a portal/services category block, and have a directory link along the top bar navigation bar. You can, of course, still search the directory.
Google shuffled their directory link off the home page completely a few years back.

Stan Marsh, they do have directory active on that domain, but by removing the directory link from main page will decerase the traffic to websites listed in directory who are paying $200 a year.
