For some people (even those who sit before a keyboard all day) tracking what they eat and how much they exercise actually helps.

Yes, eating less and exercising more is &#039;easy&#039;, both to do and to understand - but since when have the majority of human beings behaved logically?   How else to explain why, in the richest economy in the world, all those &#039;logical&#039; people are becoming increasingly obese?

Surely, a better approach would be to increase the effort involved in using a keyboard, so that creating a weight-loss spreadsheet would double as a reasonable workout?

Just a thought.</description>
