I deal with a lot of small businesses, that only have computers because they have too. And the majority of these businesses run some sort of office product, such as excel. Having a choice for free to these small businesses will be a lifesaver. Honestly, they could do without, but the market demands that they have it. So, instead of shelling out the $$$ for office they will download this. I think it's great! Microsoft needs to start cutting prices on some of their junk anyways.
